When your order ships
PawLink is on pre-order. We expect to dispatch the first batch by 31 October 2026, in the order orders were placed. When your PawLink ships, we email you a tracking link.

Where we deliver
We ship within India only. If our courier partners can't reach your PIN code, we'll email you before dispatch and refund you in full if we can't find another way to deliver.
Missed deliveries
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to re-send it at no charge, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Delays
If the first batch runs late, we email you with a new date. If your order hasn't shipped by 15 November 2026, we refund you in full automatically (see Refunds & cancellation).
