- You can cancel for a full refund until it ships. We refund automatically if it hasn't shipped by 15 November 2026.
- Use it on a well-fitting collar and check on your pet while they get used to it.
1. Who you're buying from
pawlink.site is operated by PawLink, India ("we", "us"). Contact: support@pawlink.site.
2. The product
PawLink is a smart tag that clips onto a pet collar. It includes a microphone, speaker, motion sensor, vibration motor, light ring, Bluetooth connection to an Android app and a rechargeable battery charged over USB-C. PawLink is not a GPS tracker, not a medical device and not a replacement for supervision. Product images on the site include AI-generated concept images; the delivered product may differ slightly in colour and finish.
3. Pre-orders and price
The launch price is ₹2,499 per unit (MRP ₹3,499), inclusive of applicable taxes, with free delivery in India. You can order up to 5 units per order. Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. We expect to dispatch by 31 October 2026; see Shipping.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refunds & cancellation policy is part of these terms. In short: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, a free replacement for defects reported within 7 days of delivery, and an automatic full refund if your order hasn't shipped by 15 November 2026.
5. Using PawLink safely
- Attach it to a collar that fits properly. Check the fit and your pet's skin regularly, especially in the first few days.
- Remove it if your pet shows discomfort or tries to chew it. Don't let pets chew the tag or cable.
- Charge it only with a standard USB-C cable and adapter, away from your pet, and not while wet.
- The vibration is a gentle cue, not a correction or punishment. Never use it to cause distress.
- Don't immerse it in water.
6. Warranty
Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced free (or refunded if we can't replace them). Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupervised use or modifications to the product.
8. Grievance officer
As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our grievance officer at support@pawlink.site. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
